How Long Does The Therapy Process Take?

Your own progress will determine the length of the process. My treatment plans are customized to each person and their need for support.  My goal is for each one of my client’s to no longer need me as a support, and ultimately reach their goals.

Do You Take Insurance?

I currently do not accept insurance, but I will provide you with an insurance reimbursement form called a superbill. Reimbursement is dependent on your insurance plan and policy. Please contact me with questions regarding how to get your sessions covered.

Clients must cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment through their client portal or through the link texted to their phone (if they opted into appointment alerts through texts). Why Is The Intake Session A Different Price?

During the intake session, we will meet for 90 minutes. During the intake sessions, I will administer and discuss appropriate assessments, discuss your treatment plan, and explore what brings you into therapy. We discuss if we will make a good fit for each other and discuss your therapeutic goals. I will go over my approach and individualize your treatment plan according to your needs. If there are parents or significant others involved, I will speak to them to help establish support at home and discuss how they can best support your recovery.
