I offer individual counseling for 13 years of age to older adults. I offer services for children 11 or 12 years of age on a case-by-case basis. I work with all clients struggling with various eating disorders or disordered eating patterns. Also, I work with athletes and post weight loss surgery clients.
My services include:
*50-55-minute therapy session weekly or bi-weekly.
*Regular and consistent care coordination with care team which may include registered dietitian, physicians, psychiatrists, parents, significant others, coaches, and any other person involved in recovery with written and expressed permission.
*Referrals available upon request.
In-person, virtual, or hybrid sessions offered.

For those wanting to strengthen their relationships or work through current or past struggles within their relationship. I utilize a Gottman Method Couples Therapy Perspective
My services include:
*50-60-minute therapy session weekly or bi-weekly.
*Intake Assessment Includes:
- One Intake Session as a couple
- One Individual session with each person
- One assessment report session with areas of growth identified, areas of strength highlighted, and treatment plan discussed.
In-person, virtual, or hybrid sessions offered.

Session Rates:
$165 for a 50- 55-minute Individual Session
*Includes weekly care consultations with care team*
$175 for a 50–60-minute Couples or Family Session
Superbill available upon request for insurance reimbursement.
This means that Rebekah can provide you with an insurance Reimbursement Form to submit to your insurance provider. Depending on your insurance policy, your provider may reimburse your directly for a portion of or all of your counseling fee.
Types of Payment Accepted:
All major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are acceptable forms of payment. Please contact for more information.
