About Me

My Approach To Therapy

I specialize in eating disorders, relationship counseling, body image issues, and other related disorders such as anxiety, depression, and family dynamic issues. My passion is to help others find healing and hope in their journey to recovery. My dedication is to help people enhance and strengthen their relationships with others as I believe having healthy and thriving relationships is an important part of creating a meaningful and purposeful life.

I operate from an empowerment and values-based approach. I believe in using a HAES (Health at Every Size) based approach in my sessions as I believe in helping you see the value in your body the way it is and approaching our bodies based on needs and not size. My desire is to empower you to unlock personal strengths to utilize to find symptom relief and meet your personal goals. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and caring space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself to facilitate growth and wanted change in your life. Regardless of faith, beliefs, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, relationship status, or other cultural aspects; I aim to provide you with a place to be your authentic self and work through any difficulties to find true healing and empower yourself to increase your own happiness and meaning in your life.
